Allow a custom user type for ABA services

We have just added ABA services to our facility. We have run into the issue of not being able to title our providers.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding ABA as a provider title is not a feature we have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
