Having "paid" column in webPT to avoid having changes to check in turbo

Currently, we are having to enter an expected amount for the patient in WebPT and we only have the option to click on paid. We can't post partial payments. Often, patients pay $20 or $50 and that will cover one date and then a portion of another date. We have to create a new line, change the original line, and make sure it all balances. Then, it sends me an alert in Therabill. If I wasn't present for the change, I have to go ask what the alert is for.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! While we do support partial payments with the use of an HSA card (see article link below), this specific feature is something that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
