Hi Tobey - thanks for your Idea portal submission! Do you have examples of how the balances in the EMR and Therabill are not in-sync?

We had a patient in Therabill that had a balance shown, but in Webpt no balance was shown. can't give out the patient's name or Information here so that the best example I can give.
