Currently you do not have a method of customizing the heading when "sending history PDF", as it autogenerates as "Payment History: My Kids Therapy". We are finding that with this subject line, families are not opening the email which often includes a balance due and assumes it's just a payment receipt. Having the option to customize the subject line to "Invoice from My Kids Therapy" or something along that line would be very helpful. Also having the option to set a date range to send as well. We have some families that have been with us for years and don't need 5 pages of payments when there are only a few dates of service that need payment attention. Currently you have to print a payment log with your desired date range to a PDF and save it and then email it to them. Being able to customize the patient payment log and send directly from WebPT would be a time saver along with the ability to customize the heading on the email that goes out to them.

Also, if emailed directly from WebPT, the client's name is not included anywhere in the email nor on the receipt so the recipient doesn't actually know who the receipt is pertaining to, especially if there are multiple family members that attend the same clinic then it is quite confusing.
