Option to insert a payer specific ID number at the top of notes, progress reports, etc.

We have a payer who requires each patient's individual medical records number to be written at the top of all notes, and they require that all notes are sent to them. Notes in WebPT give other info about the patient's ins, such as the name of the payer. Please consider adding the option of including customizable info about the payer/patient in notes.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

And for clarity, are you wanting to use some additional ID number, perhaps like the "Alternate Patient ID" to fill with an external Medical Record number, and then have that populate to the notes? This would be instead of WebPT's internal 'EMR ID', correct?

Yes to question.
Currently our notes, etc do not have the patient's WebPT internal EMR ID on them.
Is there a setting or option to insert the EMR, or Alternate Patient ID near the patient's name?
