Flowsheets

Please make the flowsheets accessible in 2.0 with a one click option like in 1.0. We have no way to access the flowsheets now and we reference See Flowsheet in our notes.

No place to put intervention details

Needs a space to list specific interventions. Ex: manual STM infraspinatus proximal or list of exercises billed under TE or TA etc. Currently has billing but no obvious space for treatment provided to be documented.

Additional Info Section Patient Chart.

"Additional Info" from the patient's chart within SOAP 1.0 does not show up within the left column side of SOAP 2.0's patient chart (such as "Primary Insurance" and "Referring Physician"). Can we add this to 2.0?

DOS warning when Finalizing

Like in 1.0 you should not be able to finalize a not if the patient did not have a visit on that day. It should alert you.

Documenting previous notes

When I'm documenting notes the next day for the patients that came in the day before, SOAP 1.0 used to prompt me about manually changing the date of service to the correct date. It would be nice if SOAP 2.0 would do the same.
