Needs a space to list specific interventions. Ex: manual STM infraspinatus proximal or list of exercises billed under TE or TA etc. Currently has billing but no obvious space for treatment provided to be documented.
There is an option in the Charge Summary section to "Add Comment." This will add a text box to document interventions performed with each CPT code. This documentation will carry forward from note to note for quick reference.
We also have a feature coming soon that will introduce a fully integrated flowsheet into the SOAP note if you prefer to document interventions in that way. Thanks for your feedback!

This should not be just a "future consideration", this needs to be addressed ASAP!
Hi there. We recommend documenting intervention details in the Objective Findings subsection, or in any of the free text fields (Additional Comments). We have a feature coming very soon that will improve this workflow, so you could document how much time you spent on Therapeutic Activity, for example, and we will automatically add the appropriate CPT code and units. We are also currently developing the ability to add a comment to the CPT code in the Charge Summary.
Thanks so much for all of your feedback.
AGREE! There is no actual place to document treatment! How can you have a documentation software with NO PLACE to document treatment? Major flaw indeed. Are the WebPT creators so far removed from patient care that they have forgotten what therapists actually do?
This is a major flaw in the new program. It appears that it was brought up 7 months ago at this site and has still not been addressed nor is in the plans any time in the near future. How can having a place to record your daily treatment be a "future consideration" vs being included in the original program before being released to users?
Agreed, There is no place to actually document your daily treatment and have it carry over into the next note.
I have just done the training thus far. I like how in the 1.0 version, you can add detail about the treatment right by the code that you are billing. It's pretty efficient.
