All User should be able to create profiles

Preventing treating therapists from creating their own profiles for the conditions they treat reduces the efficiency of the product, as it results in either altering the PT's process to align with the order of documentation or a lot of hunt and peck to find where to record information,

    I vote that this is a fantastic idea, and should have been implemented from day 1. We all have different documentation styles, why are we limited to all being the exact same as a clinic.
