If an appointment gets accidentally deleted and don't know what patient you deleted, you can retrieve that information. A button that say deleted on the top right corner next to cancel and no show buttons would be helpful with who deleted. This will prevent from mistakes that could throw the schedule off and increase patient accountability.
We are excited to let you know we have started enabling the ability for any user with access to the scheduler, to view an appointment's history log, up to 90 days back - when and who created, changed, cancelled, or deleted is available. We are enabling this feature for our members over the new few weeks, anticipating that it will be available to all members by December. Keep an eye out for the release notes and pendo notification and check it out - we can't wait to hear your feedback!

A deleted option would be great along with a deleted log.
It would be awesome if they had a "deleted" feature along with the "no show and canceled" buttons.
I have heard an audit is being worked on to track this type of issue and others. Stay tuned
It would be nice if a deleted appointment would also show on the patients record as "deleted". That would help when call are received from outside sources that are asking about missed appointments. Sometimes not all calls are documented in notes especially if it is outside a clinics cancellation policy.
Was this feature ever delivered?
We have numerous people who have access to our schedule since we have a call center and items have gone missing and we have no idea who moved them or why. It would be helpful to be able to see who moved what so we can train them appropriately and prevent future errors
I've found it helpful to print out our schedule for the whole week and also daily
