Document Reason on Deleted Appointments

  • my coworker came up with a way! When you select to delete the appt that the system asks why/"reason".

  • Then that stays in the document records. Just like a case note would, but without the hassle of doing a case note. The same ease to do as a cancel, the same documentation as a case note.

    Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Documenting the reason for deleted appointments is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
