Make patient name in Edit Appointment modal dialog linkable to patients chart/info/edocs like it is when you hover over the patients appointment on the scheduler.

Sometimes hovering does not present or is slow or actually clicks through on a trackpad so it would be nice to be able to click through to patient info from the Edit Appointment dialog if needed.

Have an Option for "1 Time Visit, No further treatment needed" so that the chart will also D/C automatically

Would it be possible to have a "1 Time Visit, No Further Treatment needed" in the Billing or Plan tabs for the Initial Eval so that the system will therefor D/C the chart. Thus creating no need for a separate D/C note and more work for everyone!

Include a Functional limitations section in the assessment that will carry over to the Plan of Care

Include a Functional limitations section in the assessment that will carry over to the plan of care with additional comments to follow state Medicaid guidelines for plan of care requirements.
