The insurance box really needs more specified places for information, such as out of pocket, out of pocket met, visits used, etc. Currently we have to type all of that out in the notes box. It would also be great if there was a place to put which phone number was called to verify insurance, as sometimes we need to call again and it would be helpful if that information was saved there. I would also like to see a "yes or no" option for authorization required in that section, as opposed to being in the case section.
Enhancing these options is certainly on our radar, with the launch of our new electronic benefit verification we will continue to make enhancements to make these easier for our members.
