We have had a few patients confused by the remind text. They only give the day and time. Ex: Monday at 11am. Can it be changed Monday the 18th at 11 am (04/18/2022)

When we open the patient's upcoming appointments, there should be an option for us to delete certain appoointment dates and/or delete all appointments instead of having to go on each day to cancel it. Add a pop up feature as well for confirmation ...

Add Progress Note alert to Scheduler for SOAP 2.0

The Progress Note alert icon does not show up on the Scheduler when a Progress Note is due on a SOAP 2.0 chart. Front desk users rely on this alert during check-in so they know which OMT paperwork to provide to the therapist during the patient visit.

Reminder Confirmation Button

It would be great if the patients had to confirm their appointments when they got their reminder email or text. That way if they did not confirm their appointment the staff could call the patient to confirm that they are coming to the appointment ...
