Appointment Reminders and Date (Not just Day)

We have had a few patients confused by the remind text. They only give the day and time. Ex: Monday at 11am. Can it be changed Monday the 18th at 11 am (04/18/2022)

    Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Adding the date to an appointment reminder is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

    If the system knows the day of the week, surely it knows the date of the appointment as well. This should not be difficult. Every other office I deal with has this feature.

    Us too. I work for 2 different clinics. Yes please to including the date. People get confused.

    We've experienced the same problem. The e-mail reminders include the date. It minimizes confusion, especially when some reminders come the day before and some are earlier on the same day. We just had a no show because the text didn't include a date.
