We need all staff to be able to print off a missed notes report. However, we do not want to allow all staff access to analytics. This creates a problem using Soaps 2.0 .
We have been using the missed notes report on the left hand side of webpt under "Reports". But when you chart in Soaps 2.0, it still says the note is incomplete. We understand that Analytics' missed notes report works with the Soaps 2.0 notes but, again, not all our staff has access to the analytics.
We need the easily accessible Missed notes report to work with Soaps 2.0 notes NOT just the analytics missed notes report.
Hello, and thank you for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned at the moment, however will consider in the future. In the interim we do support the ability to restrict what a user can or can not access within Analytics so an option could be tor grant access to the missed notes report and restrict others that you may not want users accessing, ex. financial reporting. This can be done via the following: https://help.emr.webpt.com/article/1450-analytics-user-permissions . We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com.

Agree with all comments. The New analytics report does not update in real time. The support person I talked to says it takes about 2 hours for it to update. How are we to know what notes are still open? I run the missed notes reports on the left side of the screen multiple times per day and refresh it as I complete notes. This is a critical part of our workflow. Please fix this!!
The reports is SOAP 2.0 are atrocious, this should be corrected ASAP. It's almost impossible to pull accurate data out of SOAP 2.0 Analytics.
The analytics report for missing charges does not work correctly. I have found patients with missed notes NOT on the list, and patients on the list where the note is completed. I can't trust the report, so we go over every single day to look for missed notes. It was better in 1.0
