SOAP 2.0 - Keep documenting Therapist listed next to Record in notes areas

In SOAP 2.0, the therapist name listed next to the record in the notes area is the name of the cosigning therapist. It would be better to keep this as the documenting therapist to keep track easier of who completed the note. Otherwise, listing both names similar to 1.0 would be better for tracking purposes. Otherwise we have to open the note up each time to verify who completed the visits.
