Dates added to the appointment reminder texts and calls

Currently, the automated reminders that go out through WebPT only include the day of the week and the time of the appointment. Even though these reminders go out 48hrs in advance, not having the date included is completely nonsensical to me and we've had patients mix up appointments or miss them entirely because they are looking at an old reminder.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
