There should be a way to determine which employee scheduled/cancelled an appointment. Since all employees do have their own log-ins, there should be an easy way to track this in some type of daily report.
We are excited to let you know we have started enabling the ability for any user with access to the scheduler, to view an appointment's history log, up to 90 days back - when and who created, changed, cancelled, or deleted is available. We are enabling this feature for our members over the new few weeks. Keep an eye out for the release notes and pendo notification and check it out - we can't wait to hear your feedback!

One way you can see their name if you try to print the document for cancel note, it will show employee name but i feel it should show name without going thru this process
We have our employees initial their cancellation note, which helps us determine who took the call. It would be nice to see which employee scheduled.

We have numerous people who have access to our schedule since we have a call center and items have gone missing and we have no idea who moved them or why. It would be helpful to be able to see who moved what so we can train them appropriately and prevent future errors
