STOP ALLOWING APPOINTMENTS TO BE SCHEDULED IF THE AUTHORIZATION IS EXPIRE/OUT

We can have the auth in the chart, w/ the auth exp date and # of visits; however, appointments are still allowed to be scheduled. The system should STOP anyone from being able to schedule, until the issue is resolved.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Blocking scheduling for patients with expired authorizations is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

    In the meantime, we recently released an enhancement that may be useful to your request. There is now a Company setting to display authorization status on the Scheduler, so the front office would know if a case was expired or expiring soon. Here is a link that describes it in more detail:
