Plan pop up

Often I write something in the plan text box and then the next visit forget about it. If you could program it so that IF you type something in the box that the next time you open that patients note a pop up would appear or something at the top of the subjective page shows up that would be really swell! Some may not like this but if it was an option that you could have if desired I think a lot of people would like it.
