I would like to have a pop up happen in the scheduling screen (or patient chart) for if a patient needs to have PT approval to schedule. For example, if a patient has an outstanding bill that has to be paid before they are allowed to reschedule or the PT only wants to patient to schedule every 3 weeks. Just any kind of little note that we can add for the front desk staff to check with the PT's before scheduling.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding patient alerts to the scheduler is not a currently planned feature but may be considered in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered. However, we do have the option to add alerts in the patient's chart in SOAP 2.0; all you need to do is add an alert in the upper right-hand corner.
