External File Size Limit Increase

Currently, the system has a 4MB limitation for uploading external documents/edocs. While we're able to split the documents into smaller files, this is unfortunately unrealistic as it is common for many referrals to be at least 21 pages long. Wondering if there is a way to increase the limitation?

for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS SACRED...yes, please....4MB is not the easiest to achieve...how about 6MB. This is one of the most frustrating parts of WebPT and creates a lot of wasted man-hours. This should be a very simple fix....
