Please add .png as an uploadable file type to eDoc.

We have a seperate online scheduler and intake system. Patients can upload a picture of their referral, insurance cards and/or imaging studies if they would like. These are almost always .png files. We have been converting them manually, but it is time consuming. Can we add this as an uploadable file type in eDoc? They are typically smaller file sizes as is.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding .png as an acceptable eDoc file type is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
