Be able to fax Edoc documents with 2.0 records

We have gone to 2.0 and have found that when we have to submit records for authorizations or record request that we no longer are able to fax through Webpt because the edocs can not be faxed with 2.0 notes. This is not efficient at all and cause wasteful use of paper when try to be a paperless office.
