SOAP 2.0

Thank you for being a user of WebPT Documentation. We're excited and grateful for your interest in helping us build a product you love. You will receive an email notification when the status of your idea changes.

Be able to populate patient history, concerns and demographics from a web based form instead of entering it manually

Decrease in documentation time. Other services such as Athena and Theroffice claim to do it now.

    Admin response

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the product, for members using SOAP 2.0 who are using Digital Patient Intake (DPI) via Reach. See the link below.

By the way, we are adding the same functionality to 1.0, and will soon be adding information captured in the DPI into the demographics section of the chart.

It would be super helpful for patient's address, etc, all the info in demographics to flow from DPI to patient's chart. It could also give the patient an opportunity to correct any errors that they might see. This would cut down on a ton of admin work of manually inputting patient info into their chart.

They are both right...to a point. We have limited integration between our Digital Patient Intake form (Reach) into the patient, case, and initial evaluation. Besides some demographics, we have some PT/Ortho-specific content integrating as well.

We have worked a little bit on it this year (2023), and plan to expand it much further in 2024.

I am glad to know this but I had a WebChat with a WebPT person and asked
this and they said it was not currently available. Confusing! Anne
