Insurance Verification form for patients

It would be helpful and practically essential now with the surprise billing laws out there to have a place where I can print the benefits I verified to give to the patient. I really loved the way RevFlow had it set up, the way I could enter the info and also how it would print for the patient to go over how their benefits apply and their patient responsibility

    There are a couple of options for you to utilize. First, we mimicked how RevFlow had the option by allowing you to use the Printer Friendly version of the patient demographics screen and have the patient sign off directly on that document. Second, we recently released a new option for eBV that will electronically verify benefits and create a document in the eDocs section for the patient to review and sign.
