Wildcard *** for pre-fab text in profiles that alerts you when you try to submit a note without updating it with patient specific information

Right now, we can make "smart texts" in the profiles, but since there almost always needs to be custom information for that patient, it will look something like:

Pt is a __ year old __ coming to PT for __. Pt's deficits include __. ...

Improve modified oswestry from __ to __.

While doing this saves some typing time, it is annoying to use the mouse to precisely highlight the underscored sections. Also, it relies purely on human error checking and it is very common/easy to submit a note that looks ridiculous because it still has some underscored sections.

The EMR EPIC has a feature where in any smart text, if you put ***, the computer knows this is a place holder and needs to be updated before submitting. If you try and submit a note, it tells you that you have placeholders that aren't filled in and it prevents you from submitting a note that isn't complete. Pressing F3 will also automatically bring you to the next one with it highlighted so that you can simply start typing exactly where you need to. You don't have to hunt for them with your eyes and then your mouse. This feature would make using prefabricated text faster and more reliable.
