Outcomes on tablet mode to be linked

We complete our outcomes (Dash, LEFS, Oswerty etc....) on tablet in kiosk mode for the front office intake (or patients complete at home prior to the visit). We cannot figure out a way to link that outcome to the evaluation note we are completing.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the product, depending on the version of WebPT you are using there are two different links explaining how the functionality works. Original version and New version.

    It constantly tell us there is an outcome to be linked, but doesn't have a date. So we don't know is it last months outcome completed and ready to be linked, or one completed recently. On SOAP 1.0 you could pick the date to link for outcomes.
