Yes, Please and it would be nice to see the comments section as well. Sometimes I ask for additional information on the fax sheet because the staff that will send are not always the signing practioner.
It has been brought to our attention that our fax log system has changed. There has been some difficulty with using the new system. There are many imperfections with the new update. There is no confirmation that it was sent in total, meaning there is no conformation as to how many pages was sent over. There is no way to see how many pages was faxed, if the fax was completed, and to whom it was sent too. Please consider bringing back the fax confirmation log.
Bringing back the fax confirmation page is crucial. As well as the check mark that used to display to confirm a note has already been faxed.
Now that the fax log has been discontinued it would be nice if you could refax failed documents from the new communication log. We also can't switch between office log ins to see the communication log between offices, which is frustrating.
Its amazing to me how WebPT can be so progressive and archaic at the same time. Sending (not viewing) proof of faxes can be the difference between getting approval or denial of services and whether or not approvals can be back dated. You would think Jannenga knew this.
Hi Robin. Thanks for submitting your idea! You can view the status of sent faxes by navigating to the Outbound Fax Log. From the patient chart, select the navigation drop down, then select Outbound Fax Log. Hope this helps in the meantime. Thanks!

PLEASE bring back old fax log system. I'd rather print out reports and manually fax them than waste soooooo much time with the new communication log.

The Fax confirmation sheet as well as the check mark is very crucial for highly effective communication services for the office.

DESPERATELY NEEDING FAX CONFIRMATION ICON BACK AND SHEET. WASTE OF TIME LOOKING FOR IT AND SENDING IT 2X TO PHYSICIANS BECAUSE WE FORGET THE NEW WAY.

It would also be nice if your comments on outgoing faxes could be printed.
