Please consider placing the list of documents that can be attached to a Plan of Care in alphabetical order. If a patient has had multiple cases, it is important to attach the correct document to send to the doctor. There is no shortcut to finding the document that you need...you have to scroll until you find it. Alphabetical order (by document name) would eliminate errors
