If the plan is “verified” and comes back either – “Inactive” or “Unable to Process”, can WebPT use a different color other than GREEN, which indicates “good to go”, like if unable to process then YELLOW, so we can physically go to the home plan’s portal? The green is misleading to our staff, and makes them assume we are ok to schedule.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We are planning to add more information about plan status and other valuable data points to the Insurance Verification Report, but that doesn't immediately address the green "verified" checkmark you are referring to.
Enhancing that checkmark isn't feature that we currently have planned, but will take your feedback into consideration for how it could be improved to convey more actionable information. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
