Name with a face.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding a photo to the patient profile is a feature that isn't on our immediate roadmap, but we may consider it in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if it becomes is delivered.
In the meantime, if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com.

We frequently have patients on the schedule with the same first name, last name, and sometimes diagnosis, so patient photos being visible in our previous system has been crucial to ensure that the correct patient is being treated. The lack of this feature feels like a major step backwards.
100% needs to happen. For some of us who are “name challenged” but never forget a face, this would be a game changer.
Yes!
We are very interested in this, as well. We do scan and attach the driver's license in eDocs but it would be nice to have it pop up without having to navaigate to eDocs to see it.
We have asked for this since we signed on with WebPT many years ago. For clinicians who have difficulty with names but remember faces it would be very helpful! Even the ability to have driver's license photo appear when hovering over appointment on schedule would help.
We had this feature in our old EMR for the past 20 years! I thought it was silly at first and not worth the aggravation, but after using it, the ability to recognize everyone was awesome. But, more importantly was the returning patient from 6 years ago that you forgot all about, but for some reason when you see their picture it all comes back. Plus, we could print their photos on the IE, PN, and POC which the MD's loved! I had several refer to us as the practice with the photos! They stated that they loved the feature for the same reason!
I have also asked for this multiple times over the years. This is a must. PLEASE consider this. It would be very easy to implement!!!
Adding an updated picture for each patient upon entry to the clinic would be a very important feature to stand out among other EMR systems as well as to improve patient and staff safety. This would ensure patients are accurately checked-in to the clinic, improve patient rapport in the first few visits, as well as to ensure the safety of staff within the facility to identify people appropriately. The current way of identifying patients with a picture is too inefficient as you have to search the "eDoc" tab to view a scanned in driver's license that is never an accurate depiction.
