Make the sent fax pop up window accurately reflect the status of the fax or add notice of failure

When sending faxes from the Pt's record there's a pop-up window that always says "successfully sent " but this is not true. it's usually pending and sometimes fails. so there is no purpose for this pop-up unless it accurately reflects the status. either do away with the pop-up or replace it with one notice of failed faxes.
