Our staff pulls the "Authorization Ending" report weekly to check for expiring or exhausted authorizations, however, this report does not currently gather data for a case that needs an authorization, but does not have one entered as of yet. For example, Patient A has Aetna Medicare which required an authorization for physical therapy. The "Authorization Required" radio button is selected during the case input, but there is not currently a method for pulling this data and no alert is triggered either (IE: the red text on the patient's case -- Authorization is required for this patient). I checked with WebPT support to see if this issue is something that has already been addressed and Frank indicated it has not been and to fill out this form.
