SEPARATE SCHEDULED APPTS AND ATTENDED APPTS LIST BY CASE IN THE SAME ACCOUNT

WOULD BE NICE IF EACH CASE IN THE SAME ACCOUNT COULD HAVE SEPARATE LISTS INSTEAD OF ALL APPTS PRINTING OUT. IF A PATIENT IS DC'D ON 2/2/2020 AND RETURNS ON 7/15/2021 AND A NEW CASE IS OPENED IN THIS ACCOUNT ALL ATTENDED APPTS FROM 2020 PRINT OUT WHEN PRINTING PREVIOUS APPTS. THIS IS CONFUSING FOR PATIENTS

    Hello, and thanks for your recommendation! Generating appointment lists by case is not currently planned, but we may consider it in the future. We're looking at potential workflow improvements, so we appreciate your insight here. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
