Allowing PT to Choose which Eval to Import

When a patient changes from one insuranve to amother, we are required to start a new case. When starting a new case, we have the ability to import an eval. Currently it pulls the most recently written eval. I would like to see an option to choose whivh case we'd like to import the eval from for the instances when a patient has more than one active case.
