Add an exercise flow sheet like 1.0

The exercise flowsheet is the bulk of the note for an orthopedic therapist and is a critical feature not availabe in 2.0

    Hi Julie, WebPT's current flowsheets are not tied to the SOAP note, which is why you could still use them today. You could also document your activities/exercises today in any of the free-text boxes available in SOAP 2.0 today. Hope this helps!     Thank you but two questions:
    Why was 2.0 released for use without a flow sheet?
    How am I supposed to use the flowsheets from 1.0 when I am unable to document in 1.0 for any new patients?

    Hi Julie! Thank you for submitting your idea. We will be releasing a flowsheet in the SOAP 2.0 note in the next couple of months to help improve your documentation. In the meantime, you can continue to use the current flowsheets in the WebPT.
