Searchable WebPT Messages

Being able to attach and search WebPT messages by a patient's name would make a huge difference in how we use the current messaging system. Right now it is very clunky and difficult to use. We put the patient's name and who the message is directed to in the subject line of every message and if we want to go back to anything, we have to scroll through pages and pages of messages.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Expanding the search function of messages is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but we may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

    In the short term, the use of Tasks to communicate regarding patient needs may be useful for your scenario.
