We have a lot of traffic in the front desk and a digital check in system would greatly alleviate the FD staff.
A HIPPA compliant Digital Check in System integrated with WebPT for Clinics to use in the future would be great!
The following features would be great if included
Patients could pay their copays at the Kiosk and have a receipt emailed or texted to them from the Kiosk.
The Kiosk could have a late arrival window that notifies a patient that they are unable to check in if they arrive after a set time the clinic chooses.
The Kiosk catches if a patient attempts to check in with an expired auth or if they are over scheduled and directs them to the Front desk.
Hello, and thanks for your great suggestion! Our Reach product currently has a Kiosk-mode for completing a patient intake, but the ability to self check-in or take a payment are not on our current roadmap. We may certainly consider those features in the future, and will let you know if they are developed.
