Having patient photo available in WebPT to minimize patient error.

I would like to see the option of having a patient photo available in WebPT. This would help therapist correctly identify patients in waiting room. Many times a therapist is not familiar with the patient and /or has multiple patients with same diagnosis. Having a photo of patient in WebPT would help reduce error of mis-identifying patient when bringing them in from waiting room.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

    We frequently have patients on the schedule with the same first and last name, so patient photos being visible has been crucial to ensure that the correct patient is being treated.

    A photo in Patient Info would be a quick reference to see what the patient looks like. We are transitioning from a software that has this available and it is relied upon a great deal.
