Fax verbiage Physician vs. Provider

When faxing notes to referring providers, we often select the button " Request Physician Signature" This verbiage should really say 'Request Provider Signature'. We get referrals from all sorts of doctors; DO, ND, MD's, PA, DC etc. Just like the he/she/they pronouns, this verbiage should be more neutral in nature as well. Not every doctor is a physician.
