Please add a communication log into 2.0. It would be helpful for providers who need to go back and see phone calls that were not previously covered by insurance but now may be with insurances retroactive back to March 1, 2019.
Our practice records all calls with or about clients, especially correspondences relating to physical health concerns/mental health symptoms increasing/relaying information to crisis teams/guardians/case managers ect.. but overall it is very helpful to have a central location where anyone; including therapists or administrative staff can add to an ongoing communication log to have consistent info/updates available on contact with the client and record of who we spoke to about the client and when. In SPED Forms or iPlan for example, (documentation systems used in special education) there is a call log that you can easily add to an ongoing log to see all calls listed by date/time and what was discussed. WebPt is so comprehensive, I assumed you already had that :) please consider adding that feature.
