This was suggested back in 2021 and has still not been implemented? Why is this taking so long. In this day and age this is such a common thing for newer Medicare patients that have not only Medicare, but often insurance through their pensions and quite commonly Tricare for Life from their retirement from the service. This does not include many Native American tribes that also have medical coverage for their members who also have Medicare, pension coverage and sometimes also Tricare (yes I have a patient that literally has 4 policies). When can we get an update on when this feature/function will be added to WebPT? The last update was 2 years ago.
Yes, finally
Yes, this is needed!
I hope this request can be added soon. It affects our billing especially if the tertiary Insurance requires a Prior Authorization. There is no way to input the PA and monitor since there is no Tertiary Insurance from the Insurance tab. tnx
Seems like it should have been created from the beginning. We have several patient that are effected by this.
Hi Jessica, this is definitely a feature on our radar, but unfortunately I do not have a definitive timeline I can share currently.
Going on month 8 now since this amazing idea was added... any update as to when this will be implemented?
What is the status of this being implemented? I have a patient who's secondary insurance will not pick up the cost share and will need to go to her third one, but I can't even put in the third insurance until she's seen. So I need to back track which is not efficient. Especially at the beginning of the year when we have several accts to recheck and input.
agree!
