Create a cue in patient search/chart to communicate which patients need 1 on 1 and which can be double booked

Front office has to either ask or guess at which patients can be double booked with other patients. This is a very inexact process for busy clinics. Additionally, there are some patients that cancel or no show and in my opinion should be able to be tagged with some sort of visual cue. Basically, I want to be able to double book easy clients or those who are at risk for no showing/cancelling based on previous scheduling.

I think this is also could be a feature that should prompt the scheduler if there is a double booking of patients with Medicare or double booking of patients with Medicare and/or other commerical. This feature could also prompt the clinician that you have overbilled units due to the above senerio.
