Hi Alice, thanks for your feedback. SOAP 2.0 does have a re-evaluation option.
1. If your clinic prefers the terminology of "Re-Evaluation" instead of "Progress Note," you can set this as the default note type in the template configuration page.
2. If you want to change the name of an individual progress note to a "Re-Evaluation," you can click the dropdown next to the Progress Note title and select to rename your note to Re-Evaluation.
