I need a designated PT fitness evaluation choice.

I am a physical therapist providing fitness services as a strengthening and conditioning specialist, I need a physical therapy evaluation specifically for this population, ie, Physical Therapy fitness evaluation. The current choices for physical therapy evaluation are not really appropriate for fitness evaluations. I would greatly appreciate this out on as soon as possible.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the our next generation documentation product, you do need to upgrade to this feature, but there is no additional charge. You can work with our Success team by emailing success@webpt.com or reaching out directly to your Success Manager. The new documentation is fully customizable and allows for content to be edited in Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan.
