Need to be able to view the 'Plan of Care' as a PDF And

Need to be able to view the 'Plan of Care' as a PDF And those words need to title the document for Medicaid.

We need a separate document that is titled 'Plan of Care' for our Medicaid clients and need to be able to view this as a PDF to print and hand to parents/doctors for signature. Mandatory for Medicaid.

I see this occurs when the report is 'faxed' but we do not fax 100% of our documents so we need to be able to access and edit this document within the program.
