Auto generate plan of care end dates are incorrect in 2.0

Auto generate plan of care end dates are incorrect, for example when I choose 6 weeks the system calculates 6 weeks plus one day. In Soap 1.0 the plan of care end date is calculated correctly, however 2.0 is adding one day.
