Add Diagnostic Testing/Imaging free text box in Subjective Tab

I am submitting this idea for a DC member who would like to build a custom Profile in SOAP 2.0.

Currently in SOAP 1.0, there is a Diagnostic Testing/Imaging free text box that is not available in SOAP 2.0. Could you add this for xray and image findings?
