Add ALERT option

Helpful to have an ALERT window pop up having very important information to consider for certain patients : allergy to gel, tape, etc. only wants to see X provider, does not do well with other patients etc.

Thank you for your feedback this is actually we have created in our next generation SOAP 2.0 documentation updates. We are currently working on rolling this upgrade out to all our members over the next year.
